· Provide meeting tools such as nametags, pads, pens and pencils, flipcharts, markers, tape, tacks, electronic whiteboards—everything you need
· Keep meeting minutes so you can actively participate in the discussions
· Reserve room nights for your group
· Book transportation via bus, limo, shuttle, rental car, train, or executive jet
· Help you create or edit PowerPoint presentations for a more powerful speech or lecture
· Create an experience that keeps the attendees focused on your meeting
